Contract – Fixed Term (15 months)

As Coram continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed HR Advisor to work with our hard working and close knit team to assist in driving and delivering the HR agenda for the organisation. In partnership with a HR Manager you will be responsible for providing a professional customer focussed HR service to managers and staff across a range of business areas. You will also support the wider Human Resources team to develop and implement specific projects and policies linked with the people strategy.

The ideal candidate, will have a thorough understanding of current employment legislation, with proven generalist HR experience at Adviser level or above. Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll systems and an eye for detail will also be essential for success in this role.
