• Our employee assistance programme offers 24/7 expert assistance through a confidential helpline on issues affecting your everyday life.
• We provide access to an online portal and app providing comprehensive, practical information and emotional support on a wide range of issues, including financial, personal, work-related, physical and mental health, and family matters.
• You can also take advantage of free structured counselling sessions to help with life’s bigger challenges.
• You will have access to mental health first aiders in your workplace.
• We run an equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) forum and a health and safety forum to help employees identify ways to support and learn from each other.
• We have paid sick leave options based on length of service (up to 20 weeks’ full pay).
• Regular supervision will provide an opportunity to discuss any concerns or issues which may be impacting your health and wellbeing. With the support of your line manager and tools such as Wellness Action Plans, you will have the space to reflect on any issues and develop strategies to ensure you are able to maintain good level of wellbeing whilst at work.
• We ensure that as an organisation we have a shared understanding of the issues that impact our workforce. This is supported by guidance documents and policies, training and resource sharing and by encouraging open discussion.

Leave and holidays

• The majority of our offices close between 25 December and 1 January so everyone in post gets an additional 3 days’ leave per year.

Pay and pension

Our salaries are fair, competitive, sustainable, and transparent.

• Our pension is open to all staff, whether permanent, fixed-term or on a flexible contract.
• We match pension contributions between 5-6%.
• Posts across the Coram Group are paid in line with the Real Living Wage (as calculated by the Living Wage Foundation).
